Natural lemonade is my favorite drink for the hot days (or any day, really) because it refreshes me more than water. This zero sugar version is great even for those that are trying to live a more healthy lifestyle. Lemons and limes are also packed with vitamin C so here is another great reason to drink the lemonade regularly!
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- fresh mint leaves (optional)
- stevia (or other zero calories) sweetener
Squeeze the lemon and the lime and pour the juice into a pitcher. Gently squish the mint leaves between your fingers to release more of their flavor and add them to the pitcher. Top it up with water and sweeten the lemonade to taste.
