Iced coffee is a great way to cool yourself during the hot summer days. But it is usually full of sugar and empty calories which is not very friendly to our bodies. Try out my “skinny” version of this refreshing drink that contains less than 50 calories and is super easy to make.
Ingredients:
- ice cubes
- coffee
- 100 ml of milk (skimmed, coconut, almond, …)
- vanilla essence
- stevia (or other zero calories) sweetener
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, add milk, two drops of vanilla essence and top it of with coffee. Mix everything together and add some sweetener to taste.
